Remodels

Remodeling your staircase couldn't be easier! We manage the entire project for you. If your job calls for specialty work such as sheet rock, flooring, or painting, we'll coordinate all necessary activities into one seamlessly integrated effort. We'll also schedule the work with the goal of eliminating your headaches. For example, we'll have all the work done on weekdays to avoid weekend disruptions if that's your preference. Simple jobs are almost always completed in one day.

Simple

Railing - AfterSimple upgrades commonly involve updating balusters and/or newels. These upgrades are more cosmetic in nature, and do not require modifications to the underlying framing or structure of the staircase.

    Moderate

    Moderate upgrades usually involve staircases where the treads are bordered by two walls. Old treads and risers are removed, and new ones are installed. Changes to balusters, newels, and handrail may also be part of a moderate upgrade.We also offer pre-finished treads. This reduces construction time, simplifies the finishing process, and reduces the mess associated with a typical remodeling project.

    Extensive

    Extensive upgrades typically require removal of the existing staircase and stripping it down to the underlying rough framing. New treads and risers are then installed, and sometimes the handrail and balusters are replaced as well. Some framing and drywall work may be required to complete such an upgrade.
