Southern Living Showcase Home - 2010

Once again in 2010, the staircase and railings in the Southern Living Home were designed and built by Heirloom Stair and Iron. Congratulations to Dillard-Jones Builders for being named Custom Home Builder of the Year by Southern Living Magazine. We are so proud to have been part of this fabulous effort!

This is one of the carved newels right after it was installed. No railing or trim yet.

Here are several of the carved newels before they were distressed and finished. The deep relief carving is of a Southern White Pine tree.
