Dillard-Jones Builders' 2008 Southern Living Custom Builder Member Show House in Tuscany Falls welcomed 3,500 visitors and earned Dillard-Jones Builders the 2009 Southern Living Custom Builder Member of the Year award. Dillard-Jones selected Heirloom Stair and Iron to design and build several key components and features of their award-winning showcase home, including all interior and exterior railing, staircase, balconies, and special features such as the Palmetto tree copper repousé medallion and the eye-catching wine cellar door.
